I began dancing at three years old, and it has been a constant part of my life ever since. I trained and competed at Centre of Performing Arts, where I developed a strong technical foundation and a deep love for performance. In college, I was a four-year member of the UNC Dance Team and had the honor of serving as captain my senior year. During that time, I also performed at UDA Nationals each season, gaining valuable experience on a national stage while developing leadership, teamwork, and mentorship skills.
I have trained in acrobatics since the age of six under the mentorship of Eleni, whose guidance shaped both my technical growth and my passion for teaching. Now, I am grateful for the opportunity to teach alongside her, a true full-circle moment.
I currently teach all levels of dance and intermediate acrobatics, focusing on strong technique, confidence, artistry, and safe skill progression. My classes emphasize strength and conditioning to help dancers build control, power, flexibility, and long-term resilience.
Outside of the studio, I work as a registered nurse, another passion centered around caring for and supporting others. My goal is to create a positive, motivating environment where dancers feel challenged, supported, and excited to grow each week.
